Turkey has done little or virtually didn't do anything to stop people crossing their border to join ISIS or to stop weapon shipments.

It in their interest to let ISIS occuoy the region and get a hold on the Kurds.

The Kurds are after their independance for a long time now and they are going to proclaim it once they have got rid off ISIS from their territory.

The West has been shy to help them as they want Turkey to help fight ISIS.

See a new war coming and the West turning a blind eye because they agreed with Turkey not get involved.

All we will hear is that this an internal problem, blablabla...

Ahhhh, humanity...

That works both ways, Turkey.

The Kurds are fighting ISIS and we are seeing the creation of a new nation.

The Turkish government (rather than Turkey as a country) regards the Kurds, who are largely secular, non-sectarian and wish for peaceful co-existence as "terrorists". Instead of having the wisdom to put aside their differences with the Kurds, they chose to tacitly support the most despicable bunch of muderous, child-raping zealots the World has seen for a long time, just because it suited their broader aims in the Syrian civil war.

Shame on Erdogan. This will be to his eternal discredit.

The Turks are helping IS, along with Saudi Arabia. Arms and support for IS flow freely from Turkey into Syria. The crook Erdogan should be in jail, not leading his country to ruin.

Yep, Turkey prefers the Sunni ISIS jihadis to the idea of Kurdish independence. It is despicable, but that is AKP policy. And this is the government the Euro leaders desperately want as EU member...
