Michael Jackson got what he wanted. He wanted a Doctor that would give him any drug, he searched for this guy, and finally found one that would assist in his drug addiction. I think Jacksons Doctor should go to prison for Homocide, he was trained for eight years in medicine. He knew that this drug could kill, but he went for the money that Jackson was offering him to assist in his drug habit. He was an irresponsible greedy Doctor, that didn't follow the oath and rules of ethics that say you must not hurt your patient. He should be stripped of his medical license and thrown in jail for 5 years.

AK, I agree with you that MJ - like many people of wealth - shopped for someone who could write prescriptions upon any request. I doubt one of those preprequisites was bein' 'black' though.

Bah.....this circus has gone on too long.

I say prosecute and crucify the quack to give a lesson to other Hollywood doctors that clearly think huge amounts of money is a fair trade for ethics.

Chernoff repeated his assertion that nothing Murray gave Jackson “should have” killed him.

He can repeat like a mynah bird, but he is an attorney and not a coroner, toxicologist or anaesthetist.

how do you finally succumb to giving someone something you have given them every night for six weeks? Bollocks! Murray should have had Jackson put in the Betty Ford clinic.

Maybe Chernoff got his information from a coroner, a toxicologist or an anesthetist. We never know.....YOU never know.
