Yes, bring him back and sentence him. He can walk right out of the court room and right into prison. If he's sentenced right now you'll never get him there. He'll pull something. He's trying to right now. < :-)

Yep, it is high time Roman came back to Hollywood and faced the music. Who knows, with all the time he will have on his hands in prison (if found guilty), he might turn the whole thing into a Tele Movie.

Grandstanding by the judge.As if Polanski would happily return with jail hanging over his head.He would only do so with a guarantee of NO jail.

I really glad the Swiss stepped up the plate on this one. Now if they would just put him on a plane to the U.S.
Completely with adaydream on this one. He has proven himself to be an untrustable lout. It would be stupid to trust him after what he pulled.
All that said, he really ought to be retried. The guy got the sweetest plea bargain ever for what he did and it stinks. However, Geimer need not appear in court. She has given her testimony about what the pig did to her already.
