Justin Bieber will be short lived, rest assured. He may beat out Macauley Caulkin in length of time and money, and perhaps lack of drugs, but he'll be forgotten before long.

Gaga is another one whose gimmicks have a limit, but at least that person has some actual talent buried beneath the garbage.
