Where is the moral outcry of our dear world leaders to condemn the brutal actions of Gadhafi? Are economic interests again more important than human lifes?

Who cares about Gadhafi if he's not causing any trouble outside his borders? I certainly don't. It's when the trouble is caused outside when we have to do something about it.

I suppose this is what you call the chickens coming home to roost. Hopefully the protests will continue, democracy and free market capitalism will spread. That is the great liberator, and provides the most freedom and opportunity for all. Hopefully these protests, despite how many will continue to die, are growing pains that will lead to world dominated by global trade and interdependencies between countries. You never go to war with your trading partners.
