Libya rival backers reject outside interference

Under Gaddaffi, LIbya was a stable dictatorship that had dismantled its nuclear plans and stopped international support of terrorism. Now, Libya is smoldering job of virulent jihadist groups, vying to out-extreme each other, and Libyian arms are flowing to terrorists from Boko Haram to Hamas to ISIS:
