Bad title, he is no longer a "rebel" but the Prime Minister of Libya. The old government are now the rebels and criminals. May their trials happen soon, shows the world what it means to be a "friend" of China and Russia. Being sold military garbage in exchange for good money.

Methinks you've mis-understood the article. The rebels are calling for reconstruction and reconcilliation.
Former leader Gadaffi is calling for more bloodshed, and for his followers to follow him to the bloody end.....heh, only he's in hiding so I'm not sure how they're to follow him as such.
