Just jail here and be done with it. The amount of money wasted on this case alone is pathetic.

Yes, and the people who break probation usually have it revoked and are sent back. Why should she be any different? Clearing her little break-down in jail -- that got her released early -- didn't teach her anything, so put her back in the klink, I say. And this time, don't let her out until the entire sentence is served.

Ben, do you know anything about the issues with her? She's violated her probation numerous times. Between drunk driving, theft, assault, drugs... why this girl is out walking around is beyond me. Oh right, she's a Hollywood 'star" so therefore gets different treatment - just like Paris Hilton.

More like because she's a rich bitch is the reason why she gets better treatment then the norm, if you ask me. I't definaitely not jealousy on my part, I wouldn't want the amount of money she and Paris Hilton has if it meant acting stupid all the time.
