What?? What?? She is out already? I think that this just makes it more likely that she has not hit bottom.

Legally, they don't have a right to hold her. Case law really is on her side. She has a right to bail. The first judge screwed up by just ordering her to jail, in order to try to circumvent the early release procedures.

Sooner or later those monkeys will catch up with her. We've seen so many (famous) people ruined or killed by drug addiction. I don't like the "I can do whatever I want because I am rich." attitude, but I hope she straightens out and lives a long and healthy life. She is a human being after all.
