Wow! Such a move should certainly be held against Madonna and RMI when the suing starts, especially since it just got completely tossed out.
Why should anyone or anything be granted immunity to being sued? If their case is good, the defendant will win, so why should any plaintiff be barred from trying to make a case? Just another rich man's option the rest of us could never afford designed to sheild rich people from the rest of the world.
