Man charged for choking woman who reclined plane seat on U.S. flight

A California man has been charged with assault for allegedly punching and choking a woman after she reclined her seat on a flight.

That's a very short flight. All the idiot had to do was ask for a double-whiskey, problem solved.

A reminder that we're all still monkeys, really. Clever monkeys, but essentially still utterly selfish and driven by rage....

Too bad the airlines can't make economy seats with enough legroom for anyone over 160cm tall.

This kind of behavior didn't start appearing until the airlines rammed the seats closer together to the point that the only people with "leg room" are children. "Economy" seats should just be named what they really are: Cattle-car seats.

Isn't the usual counter response to someone in front of you reclining their seat to recline yours as well thereby passing the discomfort back behind you? Beating up the passenger in front of you is a new one to me.
