Well, that was fast. So what charge did they arrest him on I wonder? Is it illegal to carry 1 million on your person, or to forget it in a restaurant?

My guess, Australia, just any other modern western nation has it's own fair share of problems with drugs, mafias etc.. I do feel sorry for the fool who forgot this money and or lost it, if I know the mafia, they will not be very happy with him or her.
