Heh....nice to see the old boy is keeping up his tradition of some pretty impressice gaffes.
Before you know it, he'll be getting spiritual advice from Ted Haggard.

Adverts, I think you will enjoy this from Frank Rich's column in today's NYT's: [W]hile the McCain campaign apparently believes that women are easy marks for its latent feminist cross-dressing, a reality check suggests that most women can instantly identify any man who’s hitting on them for selfish ends.
Indeed. John McCain has been consistently anti-choice. I was surprised to learn this given his moderate views on a host of other issues. And it really hasn't help him much with religious conservatives either. They want him talking about his faith more.
Claims such as this obligate him to create informal quotas which work against hiring the best candidate. Women who are hired then face the presumption gender played a role.

I remember Clayton - my senior year at Texas Tech. COmmenting about rape he said that only idiot kids would do such a thing, pointing out that the kids accussed should do what he did as a youth - hop across the border to Mexico on 'bunny runs'.

That's good for McCain. I applaud him for his decision. < :-)
