Agree with Merkel. We, International community, demand Russia convoy returning home.
We, US and Europe. are currently in talks escalating the sanction to the next higher level as they are again violating the International Law. The higher sanction is well justified,

So Russians helped to innocent people to escape a death of starvation without your approval and you dare to condemn Russians after that. Besides, you support neo nazis in Kiev who bomb and shell innocent people in Eastern Ukraine. Thank you for showing your true colours, guys. It turned out that you are MUCH WORSE than nazis.
