"The monster cake used nearly a ton of cream cheese, the same amount of yogurt, 350 kilograms of pastry, 250 kilograms of sugar and 150 kilograms of butter."
Isn`t it closer to 3 tons?

Yeah, but the contractors skimmed a little off the top, and the cops took a cut.

Cheesecake.....Ahhh, the fond memories the word brings to me. My first true love Edith used to make me cheesecake. We started out just as friends and the first time I tried her homemade cheesecake, I could not help myself and always wanted more. I got to be such a pest, that it sorta endeared me to her. My always asking if she made a cheesecake and could I have a slice. Then one day I started to notice Edith for the beautiful woman she really was and not just a whiz in the cake making department. One day instead of hoping for a slice of cheesecake, I brought her a red rose instead.
She looked into my eyes went to the fridge pulled out a slice of that heavenly cake and kissed me with a passion that I will never forget. Needless to say the night was magical.
That night..........
I had my cake and Edith too.
Good job to the folks in Mexico on this! Nice touch for them to give out free slices afterwards also.
