    Just one more reason we need a wall between Mexico and the USA.

    Personally, I think what many Americans want in regards to open borders is a bit too dangerous right now. Many of these drug runners know they can get into the US with ease and once they are caught, they are only deported and Mexico does not have the means to do anything about them.

    While many of dismissed it as propagandize, there have been quite a number of shoot outs on the border with border patrol and drug runners. However, the political spectrum in order to have an open border have put two border patrolmen in jail for killing a drug runner in a shoot out.

    As I understand it, if you can not verify a person's true identity, you can not sentence them to jail, or is that at local level?
