Jackson was a drug addict, and like so many celebrity addicts had the money and the means to take his addictions to places most normal addicts could only imagine. I can tell you with absolute certainty that nothing in the world will stop an addict from getting the drugs they want. Jackson was on a self imposed death slide for years. My guess is that Dr. Murray was the only thing that prevented him dying from drugs much sooner than he did. Finding someone to scapegoat for a death he brought on himself will not bring him back or make anybody feel any better. Rest in peace Michael, you were one of a kind

I suspect murder. In recent years, Jackson has been making certain comments, including his songs. Me thinks some people were very worried about his much publicized comeback.

Nah. I doubt people rightly complaining years ago about Jackson's anti-semitic lyrics had anything to do with him regularly asking for and being given highly addictive and dangerous medications and him eventually dying from said medications.

I agree with kinniku...there is no conspiracy here. Fact is MJ was hooked on paid meds, and who knows what other types of prescriptions, and it took a toll on his body. His doctor gave him a fatal dose, but probably at the demand of MJ. It will be hard to find an impartial jury for this trial.

The guy obviously messed up, but so do a lot of doctors. They are human too.

Who cares. He snuffed it un-conventionaly after living an un-convential life.

He should have snuffed it circa 1990, pre-scandal and whilst the beat was still good.

This is an outrageous waste of money. There will be a bus-load of Hollywood doctors to prescribe drugs un-scrupulously to their stinking-rich star clients.

    To replace him, I mean.
