What? No satanic rituals? Just when you thought the mass hysteria of the child sex abuse cases of the 1980s were over, here they are back to haunt us! So many of those cases were proven to be complete malarkey cooked up kid's overactive imaginations and believed by the craziest adults. Even so, some people still rot in jail over even the cases that are basically impossible.

Its hard to comment on anything until some of the allegations are proven. Some are true I am sure. But most of this stuff from 20 years ago probably never happened. But some people are gullible enough to believe it even before anything is proven. Glad to hear the cops are focusing on the more plausible stories.

This is about 50 miles down the road from where I live. We've been hearing about this for a week now. They actually haven't said very much, but seeing they are talking child molestation they can't say much.

There are accusations of murder, sexual assault of 5 year olds and forced abortion.

This story just gets sicker every day. < :-)

Putting it mildly! I thought they were talking child rape! I don't know if people use the word "molestation" to take the sting out, but its most unhelpful. There is a world of difference between molestation and rape. My wife was molested by a stranger when she was little, but its not like she ever even needed counseling. Had she been raped though? Completely different kettle of fish! Equating them is a huge mistake.
