I guess he was having a "bad day" and too much vodka?? or hard drugs?? going through a divorce etc..thank god the cops here just commit suicide quietly rather than going bezerk like this cop in moscow. RIP innocent folk in Moscow.

A lot of interesting half information that leaves us to speculate. Do lots of resignations mean he got promoted to police chief recently? Perhaps he found out why the last one resigned after the mafia contacted him and let him know where things stood.

Initial reports suggested he was of unsound mind? You think? If someone goes on a random shooting spree, he is of unsound mind.

Alas, this is the speculation we get with half information.
