Can't they all just... get along? All I know is the direct question to them every single time one or another group tries to get controlling powers over the other is, "How can you stop IS if you're stuck on arguing with each other all the time?" United we stand, divided we fall. If they can't comprehend the absolute truth behind that old quote then it shows just how badly their brains have permanently been planted up the exit end of their digestive tracts.
