But hasn't he ALWAYS been saying that? I mean, not in those exact words, but possibly with his actions? Really!

Long live Mugabe, no oil no threat to your life.

He runs a country worse than some of the Arab world does. What else can we expect from Africa. One day he'll pop off and that country will be looking to the good ol USA to bail them out. Zimbabweans, you chose him you deal with it.

Creepy, I saw it on BBC last night, he sounded like Gollum and his precious, the way it said "It's mine". He needs a bullet, though in his mid 80's father time will hopefully do the job soon.

Mugabe has just gone directly into dumbass.
It would help the Zimbabweans if Mugabe would just pass away from old age, quickly. < :-)

Of course you do, the British and Americans gave it to you more than 25 years ago. Plus, you haven't changed - it's always been murder and power plays with you. It's the Brits and Americans who are now having buyer's remorse - and after they knighted you too - you good little freedom fighter.

Some of you guys on here sound hilarious:
"That Mugabe is an evil dictator! Worse than extremist Arabs! He needs a bullet!"
You don't realize you are EXACTLY the same with statements like that.
The man is most certainly a bad dude, and he will be overthrown either by the people or by time (ie. nature). Sadly, it'll probably be the latter, as was with Pol Pot's 'justice', etc. But saying, "He's bad! He deserves a bullet!" makes you the extremist condemning an extremist.

Zimbabweans have tried to vote Mugabe out several times, but he refuses to go. Every day he remains in power the tragedy continues: poverty, starvation and disease in what was once a relatively prosperous country.

President Robert Mugabe declared Friday that “Zimbabwe is mine,”
yes, he is correct. Ain`t no one going to do anything to him.
Yo smith, But saying, "He's bad! He deserves a bullet!" makes you the extremist condemning an extremist." now who the hell made a stupid rule like that?

"only Zimbabweans can remove him from power"
You made an error, here: "only" should read "not even".

I guess we'll just wait until then. Meanwhile, anything good on TV tonight?

“Zimbabwe is mine,”
Yes, and given the state that it is in who else would want it?
It would be as well to remember that with this nutter’s death the country will almost certainly degenerate into all out civil war, his “friends” are not going to want to or be safe to, give up power after his death.
Non-intervention in Africa is a bit like population control under the heading of “let’s you and him fight” and we will sell you all the weapons.
I can just see all the American & Russian arms dealers making up lists of second hand weapons at good prices. Because even a country in this state will somehow find the money to buy weapons.
