The junta are beastly and if any country should be liberated it is Burma, not innocent Iraq or Afghanistan.

The poor dear, confined to her home for so long, terribly sad, i feel like crying.

So in other words this is just an extension of her current imprisonment while they try to figure out more ways to keep power.

Poor woman. It's clear though that she's too much of a threat to the joke that is the Junta to be let go again.

mrbiggins, i'd be keen to hear you differentiate the Junta of Burma and Saddam Hussein and his hench men,given that you think one is guilty and worthy of liberation and by inference the other not ..

I agree, but you have to remember that there are various waring ethnic groups in and around the outskirts of the country. Except the Karen, many have made peace deals with the junta.
