Why does the US not want to attack and invade this country? No oil? No heroin? This Burma clearly goes against everything we have faught for in the past. All the freedoms that you and I have, these people do not have.

Please, neverknow2. Have you never heard of Burma Oil? Do the homework. There is plenty of oil there offshore, and the Western powers are in there and exploiting it with the full permission and participation of the little strutting generals. That is why they don't want to rock the boat. Myanmar is politically 'stable'. End of story.
