The transmission of foreign broadcasts and the unregulated flow of news from the outside world into Iraq would never have been allowed while Saddam Hussein and the Ba'athist Party held power. The consensus at the Dearborn Kabob House is unanimous: this is just more proof that the regime change of 2003 was a ghastly mistake.

Transmission? I think you mean reception? If I recall correctly he did not allow satelitte dishes and probably not other forms of antennae either.

It's possible them pesky baathists have created another Saddam in a test tube and let it grow in those baby incubators that were part of the "WMD programme" that got moved to Syria.
