Hypoxia.

Pretty scary, this hypoxia condition. I think a few years back, a GREEK jet, full of tourists also had this problem, the pilots, the passengers all ended up getting killed. There was NOTHING the Greek Airforce fighter pilots could do. RIP

2005, Cyprus to Athens, aircraft entered holding pattern for Athens and crashed when fuel ran out.

Ground engineer didn't restore air system to flight settings after a ground repair, flight crew missed chances to find it during pre-flight and flight checks and misidentified the warnings on flight, air drained out.
