Amazing. Catholic on Protestant violence continues in N. Ireland and they let a sex scandal undermine a coalition government trying to end that? There are a lot of jokes out there about the intelligence of the Irish. They have just been given a lot of creedence.

The cherry on top is that a minister is getting destroyed not for what he did, but for what his wife did. I guess he was supposed to keep her on a short chain in the kitchen?

The Robinson couple has not embarrassed N. Ireland. The North Irish have embarrassed themselves.

A woman will get away with anything these days. Had it been a man in a similar situation, he' rot in jail for pedophilia. Remember - the age of consent in Japan is 13.

Or how about neither? Two people find each other, I tend to find that a wonderful thing. The people who might benefit from psychiatric are the ones who let this affect their politics in a place as bloody as North Ireland. Its a thing called priorities and they don't seem to have any.

Umm, the guy is 19, the woman 58. Why is this pedophilia? Did I miss something somehow. I mean the story isn't exactly well written but it seems rather clear on that point.

I don't see anything wrong with the woman, supposedly psychological issues, but the 19 year old? Sure he's of legal age, but still he must either be hideous or just too little blood flowing to his brain to want to do someone that old... unless she looks like she's 40. heh.
