Bizarre. It kind of begs the question. Is telling the truth a weapon? If so, is shunning North Korea the most peaceful thing we can do as a world society? If we shun them and have absolutely no contact at all, would that make them happy? Or maybe they want us to agree with them and help them, and anything else is warfare? It is weird. They are hemmed in and disintegrating.
This looks like institutionalized paranoia. They cannot maintain interaction with the world, except on their own carefully controlled terms. Look at how dysfunctional that makes their whole society. Even if they manage to feed their people, they are seriously headed back to the stone age. Their information exchange must be a thousandth of what is taking place in South Korea... and they wish it were less!
Wow. If anybody ever thought that nuclear weapons solved problems, this pretty well proves them wrong. Obviously, functional countries do not need to rely on nuclear weapons, whether they have them or not. Dysfunctional countries just find that nuclear weapons magnify their problems.

Not one mention of Kim. Interesting. I guess he's all busted up about having his feelings hurt.
