Everyone knows NK missile capacity is substandard . . ........... that is a proven fact . . .............BUT, Nk is stalling bc for one thing they don't want to be humiliated with another missile that goes awry. ............................................................Secondly, and more importantly, they are afraid of US and Japan missile -interceptor umbrella...............Meanwhile North Koreans civilians are starving......................

How about launching at midnight on 12/31? Get some cool fireworks from a small island down south for the new year as the rocket blows up.

The above news source says also that the whole site is covered in camouflage netting now so it is hard to tell what is going on.

They say that whatever happens, the thing has to fly before the 30th, the anniversary of our dear leader's accession to the throne.
