So why is it that this country is getting ANY aid from countries aside from China again? Or are they?

Do the non-Chinese countries no longer have any leverage except for statements of disappointment/condemnation?

One of these days they might cross over the line ( it could be a mistake like a rocket falling on Japan) which will provide cover for the US to bomb all their nuke facilities.

Al that fuel when North Korea has none for the people. So who has excess cheap fuel and few customers? Ah, Iran of course!

We already know that NK has sent hundreds of engineers to help Iran make their nuclear weapon.

So how do they get backwards and forwards, all these exchanges of shipments and people? Through China?

Iran and North Korea military technology exchange is no good for world peace because it can help Iran build nuclear device.
