These large and lengthy exercises will have the NK mailitary scrambling to shadow the exercise. Money spent on this scrambling is hard to come by in NK's state.

Isn't NK always striking mercilessly? The hype is getting a bit old.

The usual NK rhetoric about mercilessly vanquishing imperialist enemies or whatever. They sound like the Old Testament crossed with Ming the Merciless and Fox News.
