    Well... perhaps all should suspend passage of "aid products" through the border to NK also.

    I think they are tightening aid to NK. Which is reasonable. I'm a bit concerned that NK is being more bellicose than usual, even for them. It's not a good development. I don't think SK should change, but NK is definately a problem.
