    Oh, yes. According to North-Korean domestic mythology, Kim Jong-il also was "indigenously" born atop a holy mountain called Pektu instead of small village of Vyatskoye near Khabarovsk in the Russian Far East. 2 stages of North-Korean missile were developed from old Soviet missiles ( R-27 Zyb, for instance) equipped by liquid fuel engines. Third stage is equipped by a solid fuel engine of chinese origin.
