"Pakistan's North Waziristan tribal area"
I hear that's a really bad neighborhood:
Pakistani realtor: We have a nice 3 bedroom bungalow available... it's in the North Waziristan tribal area, so it's a steal at...

LoveUSA:
That depends on who you ask. The Taliban side will of course claim that all 50 were women and children and cute little babies, as always. And the newspapers and imams across the muslim world will pick that up and run with it.
Anyway, this once again achieves nothing, zip, zilch nada. Except create more islamist propaganda fodder.
A gigantic and stupid waste of Western ressources.

Lest we forget the Taliban have families just like the American soldiers do.
Whatever your thoughts on this aggressive occupation don't allow the Americans to reduce the 'enemy' to mere faceless tribal animals - that just makes it easier to justify killing them.
And don't think for a minute that an American life is worth any more than an Afghan one. This is another lie straight out of Washington.

You bet. And polygamic marriages too, with unlimited numbers of under-age wife. Those 50 could be one Talib members household alone.
Anyway, nobody knows who got killed -- it is propaganda fodder either way.
There is no "occupation" of Pakistan. Good grief, where did you get that from.

NATO is occupying Pakistan ?

Wassup fellas?
Nice try, but the NATO raid originated in Afghanistan which is currently occupied by American troops. I believe this is what the poster meant.
Where does he actually say Pakistan is occupied?

Yeah, sorry, but I don't see anything bad about killing a bunch of 'faceless tribal animals'. World is a better place without Taliban in it. Certainly those who have suffered under the heel of the Taliban would agree. That probably doesn't matter though, after all, it was really all just women and children. Nary a Talibani around...

World economics would suggest otherwise.

And why is that wrong? I mean the Taliban do the same thing to their enemies.
