I'll just leave this here for your consideration.

This won't end until Nigeria stops trying to keep Boko Haram in the fold. As soon as Nigeria lets go, it ends. It does not matter whether you like Boko Haram or not. Nigeria cannot win.

As always, the irony being that we have mass outpourings over a dozen or so dead in Paris and little or nothing for thousands in Nigeria. I get why but as long as we have this mismatch this type of barbarity will continue.

I don't know if that's actually irony or not, but regardless it's sad. They aren't white Christians though, so their lives don't mean as much to Westerners.

@maglev101 I doubt Nigeria or China shed a tear for France, so the hatred is mutual. You have no point.

Its got nothing to do with them being white Christians, it has everything to do with corrupt government systems. Many Afrikaan nations have democratically elected political leaders that only try to talk the talk but can't or won't even try to walk the walk. Its a façade that always ends in failure. Considering the resources that these nations probably have but have never been put to good use because many of the societies are still stuck in tribal systems and warfare. Decades and centuries of exploitation by western nations (and now eastern nations) hasn't helped them get much better at improving their nations.
Nigeria, and many other countries on the African continent need political leaders who know what they need to do and can do it.
