What???? This is a scandal! They're just using it as a cover to syphon money from the government. The kite hit some geese. It took a plonk into the dirty Hudson. The passengers wet their feet and rode the Jersey bound ferries - without tokens - that's where the investigation should be... Now Cpt Sulley's making a mint out of the incident and the NTSB wants to investigate for a year?
