And the Southern border remains more porous than ever. No resources available for that.

The time for getting the current ebola outbreak under control was a few months ago. That's the sad truth; stirring up wars takes priority over doing something positive. Now, when ebola is metastasizing into an outbreak with far larger prospects does it get on the radar. Pitiful leadership.
