Biden or Clinton ambitions? Obama is caught between a has been loser and a proven corrupt politician, who is more likely to be campaigning in front of a Jury for her criminal activity than winning elections.
Not that Biden has any real chance but Obama needs to cut hilary out if the democrats are going to have any chance of winning. Even the intellectually deficient people who voted for Obama twice will be able to use their brains with enough rudimentary skills to determine a woman with 3 decades of scandals, possible crimes and is the definition of corrupt politician. No one so full of hubris and narcissism will be able to win.

Biden will run. Democrat operatives have been terrified to support anyone other than Clinton. Being blacklisted by the Clintons has been considered career suicide, but her sky-high negatives, repeated stumbles and the growing email/fundraising scandals are giving lots of people second thoughts, as are lingering doubts about her husband's activities, health, temper, etc. Everybody likes Joe. Almost all fear Clinton. Expect a pre Labor Day announcement, followed by massive defections from Clinton camp, which has become its own worst enemy.

Run, Joe! We really don't want the drama Hillary will bring to the office.

My impression of America is that so soon after 8 years of a mixed Black and White male at the helm, the majority won't take a female for the presidency. Its going to be a White male, and that rules out Clinton.
zurcronium
Smart money is still on Clinton to take it all and become the first female President. The republican clown car has got nothing, so all she has to do is power her way through the primaries. And she has the best politician of the modern era at her side to do just that. She picks a Latino VP candidate, done deal. Thanks to the Donald and legions of racist folks that support him and the other wacko republicans.

Carson, Rubio, Fiorina, and Cruz come to mind who are non-white male from the Republicans. The Democrats have Warren. Hillary will likely be gone.

Run, Joe, run. Don't let your two failed attempts at the highest office in the land -- even though in 2008 you could not even carry your home state in the Democrat Party primary -- dissuade you from trying again.
Joe Biden/Elizabeth (Fauxahontis) Warren in 2016

Where is she going?
And, more importantly, once she is "gone" does that mean the GOP won't have to move towards the center to win an election? That's the question the Right is desperately hoping the answer to is YES.

I doubt Obama feels caught between them. It's his FBI and DoJ that is investigating Clinton, after all. Since Obama has already said he would like a third or even fourth term, his best shot of seeing his "legacy" (cough) continued is by getting his buddy Joe in there, as Hillary would be working on her own "legacy". I wouldn't be surprised if Obama had his DoJ shut Clinton down within days of Joe announcing.

Hillary is just so boring. I'm all for Bernie Sanders, but even Biden would be ok.
One thing we know for sure - one of the three will be president, unless another democratic candidate steps up - then they will be added to the pool of realistic possibilities to win.

"Of course, what’s at stake for Obama in the 2016 election is more than just his personal relationships with Clinton and Biden. Much of his legacy is contingent on a Democratic president maintaining his policies on immigration, health care and climate change, as well as the nuclear agreement with Iran." - JULIE PACE
Much of Obama's legacy is saving America from the GOP-Tea.
Americans have seen the results of AWOL Bush's GOP-Tea disaster. A war of lies and a feckless attention to every major social and financial program that safeguard Americans in America ended in the mushroom cloud of both global military quagmires and financial meltdown.
It is well that the Democrats are top heavy with intellect, (something the GOP-Tea despises with their war on education), but as with any intellectual discussion, the Democrats are also able to recognize that division is dangerous. All too well recalled is the specter of Ralph Nader's selfish vote drain that gave the GOP-Tea an opening to game the Florida elections and deliver AWOL Bush eight years of destruction while plundering the US Treasury.
Obama is neither a king maker or unsophisticated in his political calculations. As President he inherited the GOP-Tea sink hole that enveloped American progress for much of his first term. Going forward, President Obama is mindful of one essential fact, the GOP-Tea has become the mutant cancer that kills the patient while feeding itself on the life blood of the economy.
In light of the implosion already underway in the GOP-Tea as their public and reckless dance of ouroboros is nothing short of shameful, experienced observers know it's a long run to 2016 and this is not time to lose focus on in fighting.
What Americans need more than the Trump/Ailes pro wrestling embarrassment is a real awareness of the suffering Americans continue to experience at the hands of the GOP-Tea as it has maintained the iron will to attack American elderly, young, teachers and healthcare as their religious delusions drive them nearer the Sharia Law they profess hatred for.

I'm all for Bernie Sanders, but even Biden would be ok.
Too bad that as a non-American you can't vote for either of them.
Looks like the U.S. liberals choices will be between old, white professional politicians; people they say they to detest.
Oh, the irony . . . .
nath
Not really - even though I think American voters are 50% morons, I don't think it's a good idea to let non-citizens vote. So it's all good.
Where has anyone said that?
OldHawk
Well, I can see the radical Left's talking points have been distributed.
No, much of his legacy is poor judgement compounded by poor policies. Or are you willing to defend his Iran nuclear deal?
The candidates you have to choose from:
Clinton, a paranoid tyrant with more potential felony counts than a Kennedy family reunion.
Sanders, a wanna-be college professor who is still advocating economic policies that are proven incapable of being sustainable, much less create a growing economy.
O'Malley, who blames the existence of the Islamic State terrorists on climate change.
And your only hope for rescue is gaff-master Joe Biden, the DNC's crazy uncle.
I prefer Ted Cruz and his well documented intellect to any of them, thanks just the same.
Which is exactly why they've been practicing it for over 200 years.
So much projection in that sentence. It's neither the GOP nor the TEA Party that has dramatically inflated the welfare enrollment and spending the past 6 years.
You're aware that Obama is president, right? And that Boehner and McConnell are famous for caving to him, right?

Many candidates have been Vegas to collect donations. Obama speech, he praised Walmart,
Later, his motorcade came from Vegas Strip down to our city Henderson. Local media guessed someone mentioned 2 Walmart heiress ladies who make more than 1 billion dollar a year live in our city. Maybe Harry Reid said? Donations politicians looking for in Vegas.

See? Obama isn't caught between candidates:

Where the author of the JT aricle (Julie Pace) ever got the idea that Obama is torn between supporting Clinton or Biden is beyond me. It's well known in American political circles that there is no love lost between Barry and Hillary.
