I understand Obama has nothing to speak about here. He's also got activist. This time he's wrong.

"Obama criticized his likely general election rival"

Oh, McCain will be the Democrats' general election rival, but...

"Obama is just 64 delegates short"

So close and yet so far. It may yet be McCain vs Hillary Clinton. I hope it's Obama though, because he is the Democrats' weakest candidate.

"McCain vs Hillary Clinton. I hope it's Obama though, because he is the Democrats' weakest candidate."

ha ha ! You're obviously assuming McCain's health and heart holds out......almost like wishing OBL will walk across the desert holding a white surender flag and into U.S. custody....

When Obama wins the nomination - which should be any day now when Al Gore and the other 200-odd SuperD's back him - he is going to crush McCain.

Sad thing for McCain is he's been around for too long. He's got a laundry list of flip-flops, bungles and screw-ups that Obama and Axelrod will use to shred the poor old guy with.

Really, a vote for McCain - who is only a RINO (Republican In Name Only) - is a vote down the toilet.

Almost every time I hear Obama speaking recently, he sounds condescending.

Which candidate do you support, Sushi? :)

Sushi, you've got to see this - "Obama, Clinton, McCain Join Forces to Form Nightmare Ticket"

Sarge, so you're hinting that if Obama sounds "condescending" then he is not suitable to be President? Is that what you're saying?

Superlib - "Which candidate do you support, Sushi? :)"

Obama, like the majority of your countryfolk do.

Why, Superlib, are you again in the minority? You are in the minority over your support for the war, you are in the minority now of people who don't support Obama.

Oh wait, you're probably confused because your 1st, 2nd, 3rd and probably 4th vote for Republican nominee has been slammed into the dustbin of history - by John McCain.

Who deep down isn't even a Republican.

    Heh, that must hurt :-)

So much for thinking you know what's "right" for America, eh?

Barack Hussien Obama knows we in America are paying way too much for our arugula these days.LCDR John Sidney McCain III refuses to even talk about the problem. That's the clincher for me.

John McCain has tried to reassure GM and Ford employees that he will fight to help them keep their jobs producing gas-guzzling cars.

Meanwhile, Obama isn't messing with fantasy or pulling the wol over people's eyes - he's more interested in developing a green economy powered by renewables.

    Last century vs. this century.

    Enough said.

Sushi - According to the latest Reuters poll, Obama has an 8 point lead over McCain! Game over for McCain and the Republicans! The troops are coming home! All kids will have health insurance! Change is a-comin'!

    Sarge - "Change is a-comin'!"

Sure is. You seem real excited to see the party you have so strongly supported these last 8 years is on the verge of being positively nuked come November.

I just wonder whether John McCain's heart will be able to take the strain, he's not young, you know....

Actually, Sushi, I was asking because I didn't know who you would vote for if you could. I know you're fanatically anti-Republican, but I didn't know if you had actually chosen a Democrat or other to support. Your messages are almost exclusively about McCain and/or Republicans.

Didn't the non-voting global liberals say the same thing about the last G.E. in 2004?

    According to obama:

Someone who takes money from lobbyists = bad

Someone who takes money from the people who pay lobbyists = good

    "Didn't the non-voting global liberals"

If I were a hardcore partisan of the repub party, heh, I'd be far more worried about the Americans, liberal or otherwise that will be thinking twice about voting in another retard like Bush after the last eight years of scandal and corruption.

Clinton may carry fight to convention floor

She'll be able to do this if she can last till the DNC meeting next week. There, she will be able to send the issue of how to seat the MI and FL delegates to a subcommittee that does not render its decision until the Convention in Colorado.

To head this off, Obama must get 90+ more super delegates to endorse before the May 31 meeting.

I've written my super-delegates to endorse Obama, because if this contest goes to Colorado, McCain will most likely win the general election.

You can contact her campaign here and tell them what you think:

Clinton may carry fight to convention floor

Heh, it's so entertaining to watch the U.S. far-left liberals tear each other to pieces.

"Heh, it's so entertaining to watch the U.S. far-left liberals tear each other to pieces."

Heh, the right wing nutters are peforming a similar task.

And besides, who gives a damn what the minority elements shriek? At least the moderates will be voting for Senator Obama, eh ramen?

    DanManjt;

I don't think contacting the Hilary campaign will do much good. She seems to care more about getting elected than the party...or more, she's using the party to get elected when it's really "me, me...me"

It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, World of Liberals. Off we go into the vicious spew called rhetoric.

When did any of them, McCain, Clinton and Obama govern anything? None of them haven't even been a Mayor for God's sake. Nevertheless, whoever becomes the president, the liberals still hold the house and the senate and only garbadge will come of this.

Who was in charge of the house and the senate when we went into WW2? Demo's. Who was in charge of the house and the senate when we went into Vietnam? Demo's.

Who is now in charge when we now? Demo's.

Expect higher taxes, dependant on Government, all your rights gone. This is NOT Bush who did this.

    The Demo's, stupid, the Demo's!!!

  • 0

    Sarge

Zurg - You're right - none of them have ever been a mayor or governor or run a company. They're all just politicians. Sucks, huh!

I think that you are right. Still, it can't hurt, and the possibility that it could help makes it worth it.

    DanManjt

    BTW,

Contact your Super Delegates and get them to endorse Obama, if they have not already. If they've endorsed Hillary, threaten them to change their endorsement to Obama.

  • 0

    SuperLib

Does anyone see any way Hillary could get the nod? Seems like it's all over but the crying...no pun intended...

  • 0

    Sarge

Super - Sure, the Democrats could suddenly realize just in time that Obama can't win the White House and give the nomination to her on the off chance she can. But that probably won't happen. This is going to be great...
