unfortunately what he isnt saying is that he is more concerned with the government taking over every facet of the American economy and as his economic policies get put in place jobs are being shed faster then a cancer patients body hair. he said that the stimilus was to give relief to Americans now!!1 now now now and must be voted on before anyone can even read the bill. Now we know it was all handouts to his political allies. And not even 10 percent of it has been spent yet. They are waiting until next years election cycle before spending any significant amount of the money, how nice of them.

The hard times we are now going through is entirely the fault of Bush and Cheney. Obama's now in the process of fixing it.

I agree with Sarge. Bush and CHeney destroyed America economically and made them hated worldwide.

Obama is changing that, bravo to the geezer.

"Obama gives U.S. a pep talk: 'We don't give up'"

Except if you're a Republican in which case it's "No! No! It's too expensive. We can't fix it. The Recession that began in 2007 is ALL Obama's fault. No! No!!" etc.

Strange post above. What does former president Bush have to do with a 'pep talk' by the current president?
