Biden is a great choice for Obama, and a great choice for the future of America.

Ah, you can smell the desparation in the global liberals as they watch the democrat party implode once again knowing they're powerless to do anything about it..

Biden is a ... great choice for the future of America

If that were true, heh, then why isn't Sen. 5 percent the democrat's candidate for president?

    democrat Lemming Day fast approches.

I'm not a big fan of the choice, cliche to say I know, but it's the candidate of change picking the washington insider...And the way it was done just adds to the whole circus this process has become, and now we have to get through the conventions.

barack obama has shown the voters that he wants more of the same ole same ole after all because he is too inexperienced to bring Americans any change or new direction that he falsely advertised (real shocker - NOT).

In his introduction of biden, obama said that biden is what a lot of other politicians claim to be. Heh, the irony of that statement coming from his own lips was lost on the man of change. Any bets that it won't be lost on those creating the campaign ads for Mr. McCain?

Nor will the irony of obama introducing biden first as the next president of the United States then stumbling and correcting himself and saying vice president.

Heh, obama even needs a teleprompter to tell the world who his VP is.

    Too funny

Romeo, your comments are truly funny considering you've never actually come out and said anything in support of Sen. McCain.

All you have resorted to doing is bashing the candidate you are absolutely petrified will win in November - Sen. Barack Obama.

  • Madverts at 04:01 PM JST - 25th August

ramen, it would seem that one more post with non-capitalized letters in regards to the Democrats should be enough to win the election for McCain.

  • undecidedbout08 at 04:52 PM JST - 25th August

    Relax, Madverts.

No McCain or Hillary supporter will be able to insult Obama (and the ticket the Dems are now stuck with) quite like Joe Biden already has:

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, I mean, that's a storybook, man."

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, I mean, that's a storybook, man."

In the context of a campaigner for president. But if you can name me a former black presidential hopeful who was clean (in the political sense, of course, no matter how much you want to twist it), articulate (in the sense that you knew what he was talking about, not just how smooth he talked), plus the other descriptions like bright and nice-looking, well be my guest.

I took the statement to mean that Obama is the first black presidential hopeful with an actual shot at the presidency. I tend to agree, and I have since well before the primaries were over.

Just for you, the insider demands change. And quite loudly:

More off-the-wall stuff from Ramen. He just wants to put Obama supporters on the defensive. Obviously Obama was best choice for the future. Biden is a great choice for many reasons, including expectations about how he can work with Obama himself.

"Obviously Obama was best choice for the future"

    It's not obvious at all.

"Biden is a great choice for many reasons"

He's a bad choice for many reasons, including this one:

"You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent."

  • seansezso at 02:45 PM JST - 26th August

...if, in fact, Americans have a brain fart big enough to elect him president.

If it turns out that Obama-Biden in the White House is a brain fart, the blame will be on the GOP. 8 years of mucking up America, only very forgetful Americans are going to go GOP this year. Many will vote anything but GOP, but thankfully, I don't think Obama-Biden are just anybodies. I think they will be plenty good enough.

"If it turns out that Obama-Biden in the White House is a brain fart, the blame will be on the GOP"

Of course! But if they turn out to be a real dream team, bringing peace to the Middle East and wiping out our debts and creating budget surpluses, they'll get all the credit! Hee hee!
