Obama had all of 2009 to pass the budget with a democrat controlled congress and senate. He could not accomplish that. Now that the new budget has been passed, shortly after the new congress took over, he takes credit for it and now stands up to make proposals? If he couldn't do it with a democratic controlled congress, why should we listen to him now?

Oh I doubt he needs to, along with the rest of the stinking rich American elite. It's just the other 99.9% of the population that needs to stop living beyond their means.

But giving up the buckets of morning Haagen Daas fatties can't actually afford isn't going to be that easy for certain I fear!

There is speculation that along with the rest of the depressed housing market in Illinois the mortgage on the president's own Chicago mansion - a sweetheart deal from convicted criminal financier Tony Rezko - is also underwater.Kind of like his presidency.
