Tougher on his fellow Americans sent to DC and on Arizona than he is on Russia or Iran. This too will backfire.

Hopefully, the Republicans will just say "NO."
If Obama want this, there is no reason to spend billions of dollars in USA military bases around the world. Close all those bases then let's talk about arms treaty.

If you lived through the "Liberal" protest in the 80's of Reagan's proposed missile defense system to see a far Left icon like Obama championing this deal as an achievement of some sort in foreign policy is quite amusing.

So, Obama is implying that his version of START has to begin yesterday; just like the Barack Hussein Obama Memorial Health Care Scam and the rest of his pattened "you'll like it when it's passed" legislation.
This smells like another in a long line of Obama "emergencies". Unfortunately, he's cried wolf too many times now, and most Americans no longer believe him.

Yes RR, it kinda smell like one 'em emergencies. I don't think he'll get the 67 majority votes (he has 60? so far) needed to ratify the treaty though. Or the Republicans could effectively delay the START treaty.
