Let's hope that President Obama, Premier Abe and other world leaders will pressure Xi Jin-ping on the issue of the PCA rule of July 12, 2016. Since Obama is currently the uber lame-duck U.S. President, with no control over either house of Congress, it's doubtful that Obama has any leverage with the leaders of the countries on this valedictory tour.
