This is definately Mr Obama's public image promotion campagin for the election later this year! The US/Japan/RoK alliance shall never taking any pre-emtive actions to stop the North's rocket launching! An attack above the 38th parallel is an attack on Moscow and Peking! So take cover....Mr Noda!

RMAO!!

This photo has it all: the binoculars, the serious looks, the military dude pointing toward NK.

ha ha ha, this shot really made my day. :-)

Well now Kim Jong Fat better listen to Mister Obama, our dear world leader.

In that photo it looks like they are pointing to him ''this is what we are attacking next''.

Lame. The hypocrisy in the air is so thick it could be cut with a knife. North Korea, who indeed has nuclear weapon technology and is openly planning to launch a rocket to ostensibly "send a satellite " into orbit gets a little tough talk on withholding food aid, whereas Iran, who does not have nuclear weapon technology and has not taken aggressive actions towards its neighbors , gets the full sabre-rattling? North Korea is by far the larger real threat to theatre peace, but is getting effectively a pointer-finger wagging. Pshaah!

C'mon, can't go to the DMZ without binoculars! That'd be like the circus without peanuts! But did you notice that the American binoculars have this cool red tint on the lenses? This is going to drive the NK guys wild! "What does that red tint do, and, more importantly, how can we get that"

Sadly, I feel blood will be spilt before they figure things out. And all over binoculars.

Soldier to Obama: Fatso with the bad hair cut over there already ate it.

I’m guessing the U.S. and SK soldiers new to this post spend at least the first couple of weeks pointing and laughing at the big hats on the guys on the other side of the DMZ, while the NK fellas spend almost every waking minute on patrol glaring angrily at the southern side while walking about in jackboots. :-)

So if they launch the satellite, the USA will see that millions of North Koreans starve to death. Very nice and compassionate.

Yuri, you hit the nail on the head! As seen in numerous other instances, sanctions actually only affect the general proletariat population, but the inner party continues to have their cake and eat it, too. As former SOS Albright(misnomer?) opined, the death of 500,000 Iraqi children was "worth it". Yep, very compassionate.
