A more likely explanation for the president's seeming ambivalence is that he doesn't want to draw attention to questions surrounding his own birthplace, and, therefore, his eligibility to be President of the United States of America.

Give her due process as allowed under the law. If and when here legal options are totally exhausted, grant her no special favors and kick her out.

PS- An illegal immigrant in public housing? THat sounds a bit fishy to start with.

Well, seems to me that she's a sitting duck to be mistreated if she goes back to Kenya. Asylum should be granted.

I'm not a fan of illegal immigrants, but this is a special case. I agree with "adaydream", let her stay.
