    “They are members of that Greatest Generation who overcame the Depression, crossed oceans and stormed the beaches to defeat fascism, and turned adversaries into our closest allies.”

    Too bad Obama does not have any of these characteristics...America might be a better place...

    Sure, yanee - a guy who grew up with a single mother as a mixed-race child yet became a leader academically and politically is not to be compared with the "Greatest Generation." Perhaps you prefer Bush, he who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
