Disgusting regime, true socialism. The people living in poop as the elite cream the pot.

Has Maduro become a billionaire like St Hugo before him?

Maybe he'll get that Venezuelan flag shell suit on to deny he's imprisoning or bumping off the opposition to his dictatorship on TV. He looks like Borat.

The United Nations’ human rights office called on Venezuela’s government Friday to protect opposition leaders

Fat chance. Who do ya think is killing them?

It's always the same with these "socialist" governments. Opposition leaders get arrested or murdered as the socialists cannot take any criticism whatsoever.

Why the quotes Scrote?

True socialism is the equal sharing of misery. Developed nations version of socialism is better ran. Just look at France - everyone on shitty wages, incessantly jealous of the neighbour but as long as they're living the delusion and getting cheap booze and free anti-depressant drugs given out like Smarties as the elites cream the pot then the status quo remains.

How did Hugo Chavez go from pauper to multi-billionaire again?

Not all socialism is the same. Look at Canada and the Scandanavian countries.

Those countries aren't really socialist, they take some of the better points and manage to pull it off. I can't speak for Canada but the relative success of Scandinavian countries is because are serious about stamping out cronyism and corruption. These are the two things that blight the existence of third world countries like Venezuela. And France.

Those countries aren't really socialist

I disagree. They are socialist countries doing it the right way, rather than countries like Venezuela that call themselves socialist, but are really just holes of corruption.
