Pushes her to floor. Pins her there and talks on phone. Staff member looks over her for 1-2 minutes. Tries to escape toward elevator is thrown to floor. Staff member leaves. Eventually another woman gets between them.

In another oft-cited 2011 incident, a toddler named Yue Yue in Guangdong province was run over by two separate vehicles and later died after being ignored by more than a dozen passers-by.

I saw this on TV years ago on one of those Japanese TV shows trying to show that the Chinese are a bunch careless, dirty animals.
