America is no where to push Russia or China to support the bill. They will veto that attempt and Russia will suply arms to syria. Eberyone knows the Syrian chaos was backed by the CIA!

"Syrian forces killed at least 217 civilians, including women and children, in a “massacre” in the central city of Homs, a rights group said Saturday, ahead of a U.N. vote on the repression."

Media should strive honestly to be as neutral in good faith given their sacre role as the basics of the Third power in a democratic society -- Regrettable that JT's one-sided position by apparently choosing to commence the report with the above sentence.. In in the 2nd paragraph we started to understand the statement was quoted from a certain Syrian Human Rights body..

A dose of logics by itself, if you were the Syrian regime, would you keep provoking ( killing women & children by hundreds ) just before the UN resolution voting ? Provoking in whose interest as a means to exert last-minute influence onto the resolution votes then ?
