What a surprise! Young overseas Pakistani Americans? They could have been Brits, etc..many more Pakistanis in Britain who are being brain washed into supporting Jihad, and all that other BS. They say they were tortured by the FBI? Boo, hoo, hoo! I feel most sorry for their parents, I am sure their parents are scratching their heads and are trying to understand what went wrong with their up raising.

So Pakistan can arrest and charge Americans, but none of the how many people in the border region near Afghanistan who support and hide terrorists? Sounds like it's time for someone with some cajones to take over.

No worry, USA will negotiate with Pakistan's 'Military' Officials and reach a 'diplomatic' solution to the problem !

Now they get to see first hand how a Muslim legal system works. If they ever get back to the states they might have changed their thinking.

Isn't Pakistan supposed to do what the US does to terrorists, give them rights, a lawyer.... I mean, is everyone so much better than the US?

The punishments the men face if convicted could be as severe as life imprisonment.

You'd think pakistan would have a death penalty for stuff like this. Especailly considering that certain uses of cyber terrorism are punishable by by death.

If they are interested in torture, I'm sure there are folk ready to help them out.

I suppose there's no ACLU to defend them in Pakistan.

The men, all young Muslims from the Washington, D.C., area, were arrested in December in Punjab province not long after reaching Pakistan.

Prisons in Pakistan are much, much more humane than say, Guantanomo :)

Vague charges and no evidence mentioned. What the devil is this about?
